Hi-Note Fundraising

Simply a better fundraiser!

FAQ

Q: What merchants are participating in a Group's book that I want to purchase?  I want to know who is participating before I buy.

A: To request a list of participating merchants and offers in any book, please email [email protected], use the Contact Us link to request, or call 952-237-3798.

Chairperson's F.A.Q.'s

Q: Who acquires the discounts from the merchants?

A: We do! Hi-Note Fundraising is responsible for obtaining all of the merchants.  We appreciate and need any referrals on local business owners that you have.

Q:
Can we have input on the merchants that will be in our Certificate Book?

A: Part of your responsibility is to provide Hi-Note Fundraising with your Perfect Book List and we will do our best to acquire those merchants for your Certificate Book.

Q: How long does the fundraiser take to complete?

A: You can run a one day blitz or sell over the course of a three week period.

Q: What is the lead time in order to start a fundraiser?

A: In some cases you could start your fundraiser in as little as 3 to 4 weeks.  Normal lead time is 4 - 6 weeks.  During certain parts of the year, eight weeks may be needed, so inquire or sign up early to lock in your fundraiser.

Q: How much do your fundraisers cost?
A: Please use our Contact Us link, or call us in order to receive pricing.

Q: What is the Re-Order Time-Line if we sell through all of our books?

A: Our time-line on re-orders is 7 to 10 calendar days. Therefore you will not lose the strong momentum of your fundraiser.  Just continue to take orders on the flyers provided and fill the orders when the books come in.

Q: Who are checks payable to?

A: Your organization

Q: How can we get our members to sell more books?

A: Your members simply need to ask more people.  It sounds simple, but if you don't ask a lot of people to support you in purchasing a book, people won't.  The groups that sell the most books have a well informed group, a clear purpose, have something in it for the members AND most importantly - simply ask the most people!

Other ideas to sell more books:

  • Sell at school and community events.
  • Ask a local retailer to sell books on your behalf.
  • Have a Sales Blitz and focus on the task.  Have fun with it!
